BioThis is my sight to record my dreams.
I am trying gain more control of my dreams, and eventually obtain lucid dreams and other things of the sort.
I have read that the first step in doing this is focusing on remembering your dreams.
So, I am recording the ones I remember. It is recommended to wake up during the night and writing down your most current dream, so you wont forget it in the morning (because you mind usually erases your dream once another one stats)
Soooo, yes, this is the start.
